My Mission
Committed to promoting accessibility and inclusion for everyone.
I founded RuralVaLady Vlogs to amplify Deaf voices and challenge barriers in entrepreneurship, accessibility, and community building.
As a profoundly Deaf solopreneur from rural Virginia, I’ve experienced firsthand the gap between mainstream opportunities and Deaf-centered support systems. My mission is three-fold:
- Education & Representation
Through authentic vlogs, I educate viewers about Deaf experiences, accessibility standards, and social issues impacting our community. I advocate for real inclusion—not tokenism—across media, business, and society. - Entrepreneurial Empowerment
I coach aspiring Deaf entrepreneurs and business owners to identify their strengths, secure funding, and build scalable ventures. Every founder deserves mentorship that understands their unique challenges. Community Sustainability
I create pathways for Deaf creatives to fund their projects, develop their skills through workshops, and build networks of support. Our online platform and services sustain operations while reinvesting in the community.RuralVaLady Vlogs is more than a vlogging platform—it’s a resource hub, coaching space, and marketplace designed by Deaf entrepreneurs for Deaf entrepreneurs. Together, we’re building a more accessible, inclusive society where Deaf voices lead.
